BAT Series controller is a machine control system integrating vision processing and conveyor tracking. The motion control module is responsible for the processing and motion control of machine kinematics, path planning and others; visual module includes vision calibration, module matching and image processing. The tracking module matches the visual processing results with external transport line operation to perform dynamic tracking.
With generous, concise and friendly man-machine interaction interface, highly reliable buttons and touch-screen monitor, users can conveniently and quickly complete machine teaching, program change and other operations, and only need several steps to set the robot action object and scope, they can intuitively understand the production status and progress.
The structure of the robot adopts modular design, which is convenient for maintenance, and the quick grasping mechanism makes the product line change easy and fast.
Each control system can support up to 12 axis (3 parallel robots), information sharing through internal communication, and can share a set of vision systems with multiple machines.
